For those members who have a monthly premium payment, below are options for paying your bill. If you are a Premium Assistance Program (PAP) member, this information does not apply to you.
Your health is important to us. In order to make sure your coverage is active, we’ve provided several ways for you to pay your premium.
Your premium is the amount of money you pay each month for your health insurance coverage. In order to not run the risk of losing coverage, make sure you pay your premium before the first day of every month.
Here’s How to Pay:
Pay by mail:
Send a check or money order to the address listed on your billing invoice payment coupon. Remember to write your policy number on the check or money order, detach the payment coupon from the billing invoice and mail with your payment.

Pay with MoneyGram®:
- Find a MoneyGram location near you by visiting MoneyGram.com/BillPayLocations or calling 1-800-926-9400.
- Remember to bring:
- Cash for your premium payment. Ambetter will pay your MoneyGram transaction fee!
- Your Ambetter member ID number
- Receive Code: 15518
- Fill out the blue MoneyGram ExpressPayment® form and use the MoneyGram phone or kiosk to complete your payment.

After you have completed your enrollment with Ambetter, you’ll receive an invoice. Use one of the options from this page to make your first payment. Once we receive it, we’ll send your welcome packet and ID cards.
